At Jill Community Hub: SPONTANEOUS PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS The National Luketian Museum – Thurs 13-Sun 16 December

SPONTANEOUS PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS in association with THE BROTHERS KAUFMAN:
THE NATIONAL LUKETIAN MUSEUM OF NATURALS HISTORY,PUPPETRY, SPACE TECHNOLOGIE AND FARMING – 2012 WORLD TOUR: ONLY UK STOPOVER!

What?

Eastern Europe’s answer to the Smithsonian is making a whistle-stop tour of the UK before heading to South America and Rio 2016. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to sample its unique delights:

• Catalogue of antique bones (& amazing Evolutioning chart!)
• Storytelling tent (queuing necessary)
• Luketia in Space: a Brief History (video presentation)
• Puppetry demonstration (staff permitting)
• Incredible, affordable Gifting Shop
• Free guidebook & map

For health & safety reasons we advise warm clothing and waterproof shoes/boots

Please note: some museum exhibits may not be suitable for young children or those of a nervous disposition

Why?

This is Spontaneous Productions’ third site-specific collaboration with The Brothers Kaufman to create an unforgettable immersive experience in a derelict empty space. Not quite theatre, not quite art, and certainly not a real museum, the show will transport you into a world of strangeness that is better experienced, than described. Their previous site-specific shows The Little Shop of Lost Toys (Brixton Village Market) and The Brothers Kaufman’s Christmas Grotto (Sydenham Arts Festival 2011) were very popular with audiences:

• What a delight to come across such a gem in Brixton market. A vivid atmospheric experience that will stay with me for a long time (Stephen)
• Thank you so much for a brilliant experience (Abigail)
• Very good fun, with some strong ideas (Crystal)
