First Lantern Parade meeting – Wed 21st Nov, 6pm

We need you!

On the 15th December we aim to start a new Christmas tradition – the kind that kids remember fondly when they grow up:

How they used to walk up the hill to Kirkdale carrying the lanterns they’d made the week before and dressed in crazy Christmas outfits, led by Santa Claus and singing carols all the way, then meeting kids from the other side of the hill arriving at the same time, and joining together in a huge carol singing, followed by mince pies and mulled wine….

Something along those lines, anyway! But we haven’t much time to arrange it – and with all the SEE3 Popups, Markets and Hubs activity we’re already doing, we need all the help we can get!

So, the first brainstorming meeting is tomorrow Wednesday 21st at 6pm (for about 90 minutes), at the old Wooster & Stock shop at 109 Kirkdale. Please come along if you can – and if you can let me know you’re definitely coming, all the better! We’ll thrash out the questions that need to be asked, what needs to happen when, and who is available to do it.

If you know someone who might be interested, do please forward this to them.

Thank you!
